The importance of the law of obligations

Whenever business agreements are made between two parties, these agreements are drawn up in a contract. In this contract, the (oral) agreements are converted into the official rights and obligations of both parties.

Despite the fact that the agreements made in regard to the cooperation are recorded in writing, a conflict may arise about the expectations of both parties.
