VIOTTA advised MC Groep, a private healthcare group run by former doctor Loek Winter, acquiring a controlling stake in Slotervaart Hospital from the heirs of businessman John Schram. MC Groep successfully completed the transaction after a power battle between the minority shareholder Aysel Erbudak and heirs of businessman John Schram, Delta Real Estate.
