Acted as legal advisor to Euro BOB in connection with the acquisition of Rent A Bob and E-Drivers Privéchauffeurs.

The acquisition combined several chauffeur service businesses. Rent A Bob states that the acquisition of STUD Holding, owner of Rent A Bob, E-Drivers and DriveMe, by Euro BOB Group marked an important step in the further integration of the activities. The transaction strengthened Euro BOB’s position in the chauffeur services market.

The legal work included transaction structuring, legal due diligence, acquisition documentation, negotiations and implementation. Acquisitions in the mobility and services sector require attention to customer contracts, employees, operational continuity, IT systems, brands, apps, liability and integration.
