Acted as legal advisor to Stichting Stayokay in connection with the acquisition of Blue Collar Hotel B.V.

The transaction formed part of Stayokay’s growth strategy to offer affordable and sustainable accommodation in more locations in the Netherlands. With Blue Collar Hotel, Stayokay returned to the province of North Brabant and added accommodation in Eindhoven to its network.

The legal work related to acquisition documentation, due diligence, closing and transaction support. Hospitality and leisure acquisitions require attention to real estate, operations, permits, employees, suppliers, bookings, brand positioning and continuity of the business.
