Legal advisor to VICKY on EUR 300,000 convertible loan

Acted as legal advisor to VICKY in connection with a EUR 300,000 convertible loan provided by a new investor.

The financing strengthened VICKY’s capital position and supported the further development and investment requirements of its parking locations. The transaction formed part of VICKY’s broader funding and growth strategy.

The legal work included transaction documentation and legal structuring of the convertible loan. This involved the review and negotiation of the key commercial and legal terms, including conversion mechanics, repayment provisions and investor protection arrangements.

Convertible loans are often used by startups and growth companies as bridge financing before a future equity round or strategic milestone. Clear documentation is important to avoid uncertainty around valuation, conversion, repayment, ranking and shareholder rights.
