Legal advisor to YourDesq on pre-seed and seed financing

Acted as legal advisor to YourDesq in connection with its pre-seed and seed financing by a group of investors, as well as related corporate housekeeping matters during the early development of the company.

YourDesq is developing a platform for hybrid working. The platform helps businesses use office space more dynamically and cost-efficiently, while offering employees more flexibility, social connectivity and productivity outside the traditional office environment.

The legal work included transaction documentation, investor arrangements and corporate matters relevant to the financing and early-stage growth of the company.

Early-stage financings require clear documentation on investment terms, governance, shareholder rights, founder arrangements and future financing flexibility. This is particularly important for startups preparing for growth, additional funding rounds and further commercial roll-out.

Work hybrid

To manage the use of their office space dynamically and cost efficient, while enabling employees to work hybrid. We will welcome this new community of users and hosts to our platform from 2021. See https://www.yourdesq.com/
