The conditions for appeal
Not all decisions can be appealed. This is only possible if the following conditions are met:
- You have a lawyer to represent you in the appeal proceedings.
- The financial interest of your case is greater than EUR 1,750.
- The judgment in the first instance was rendered less than three months prior to the lodging of the appeal.
- The term for lodging an appeal after a decision has been rendered in preliminary relief proceedings is four weeks.
